Hellooooo-
Okay, so at Urban Outfitters today (yes, I go almost everyday, you would too if you lived 5mins away), I noticed that all sale was 30% off! I have no idea how much time I spent there, but it was a while. I bought nothing because I'm going out with a friend tomorrow. There were no new VitaminSchticks, and I noticed that all of the POPBeauty cat eyes eyeliners were open, so that kinda failed. :( BTW, POP is on HauteLook today! Tomorrow I have only one beauty-related thing, and it's a maybe. It's this texturizing spray. On double-sale it would be $7. Other things on my to-buy list are:
Suave Dry Shampoo- $3
Lustre Drops by MAC- $19.50 (Bronze Everyday collection coming out on April 7)
A pink cream blush, maybe MAC's Cremeblend Blush in So Sweet, So Easy- $19.50
ELF Bestsellers Kit- $5
Sonia Kashuk Berry Lip Quad- $12.99 (That's not exactly what it's called...)
Yeahhhhhhhhh. Not sure which items will actually be in my future, but those are the ones on my wishlist.

Physician's Formula SALE
Hey guys,
At CVS this week all Physician's Formula is 40% off! I'll be stopping by there definitely on Friday but I can't promise to pick anything up because as you saw, I went on a seriously serious shopping binge is France...and you've only seen the makeup! Please post your favorite Physician's Formula products in the comments! I'm thinking about their felt-tip liquid liner. Mine was Wet n' Wild, and the tip didn't last long. I talked about getting an Eyeko one from Urban Outfitters, but I never saw them again! I'm gonna see on Friday if they have any other flavors/colors for the VitaminSchtick balms, but I kinda doubt it. Sorry for never posting pics. I've been having some issues with the macro on my camera. I'll get on it.

Calvin Klein One
Hey girls- and guys-
Every year for my birthday and for Christmas my aunt buys me a $50 gift card to the store of my choice. But this year (this September...that's a while), I think I might ask for a perfume. CK One, a unisex perfume/ cologne by Calvin Klein intrigues me. Recently there has been a revival ad campaign. I find a unisex scent very interesting because of how fragrances change with some peoples' chemical balances. Does it change from male to female? They have a bottle that is $49, so I don't think it would be unreasonable to ask for it from my aunt! I have a while, and I still haven't even smelled it yet, but I'm really excited! Has anyone ever smelled it or worn it?

POPbeauty Cat Eyes Eyeliner and Beauty360
Hello everyone!
Like I said in my last post, Urban Outfitters is basically my life. Yesterday when I went I saw that the POPbeauty eyeliners with rectangular tips to facilitate cat eyes were on sale. I also mentioned that the UO website is an utter fail so I'll link the product here. I would be getting No. 1 Black Onyx, because that's the only one they have. Besides, I'm not a very colorful eyeliner person anyways. These are normally $16 but they were on sale for $9.99. I can't decide whether to try and buy one now or if I should wait until they have one of those "all sale #% off sale" sales. I think I will because I have a black eyeliner and this is just an experimental product rather than a necessity, like running out of mascara or something. Speaking of which, I can't decide what mascara I should get when I run out. I either want the Eyeko squeezy tube one or a MAC one. MAC has surprisingly inexpensive mascaras. I like liquidy mascaras because I feel that they elongate without clumping. I'm not really looking for volume. But my mascara (CARGO) still works fine.
Also, the other day I noticed a store called Beauty360. (It's about 15mins from my house walking, that's why I had never noticed it before. It's basically a high end makeup store created by CVS. I checked out the site and it is pretty expensive, but I think one of these days I'll go in. Has anyone ever looked? They have stuff like POPbeauty and Paula Dorf and CARGO, which is nice because CARGO has been discontinued by Sephora.

Vitamin Schtick :)
Yesterday when I was walking around the shops near my house I noticed Club Monaco was closing and everything in the whole store was on clearance and was half off. I walked in and fell in love with a pair of blue chinos. They're so cute for Spring! They were originally $119, but I snagged them for TEN! Today I went back to buy a pair in a pretty olive green. I mean, why not? On the way home I had to stop into Urban Outfitters because it's basically my home away from home, and as I was traveling last week, I had been separated for too long. I always head straight for sale or beauty. A lot of times there's stuff on sale in beauty. My rule or UO is never to buy anything full price unless it's ridiculously cheap already. For quite a while now I've been eying (eyeing? eye-ing?) the VitaminWater lip balms. The trouble is, they're $8. Lip balm to me isn't supposed to cost $8. When I saw those glorious orange stickies reading $1.99, I knew one of them had to be mine. There were several yellow, one orange, and one purple. All of them were opened or gross except for one yellow! My preference was actually purple because I'm not generally a fan of citrus-y lip balms. If your lips are raw or chapped sometimes the acidity of lemon or orange or grapefruit can sting! But you don't understand. These balms are gigantic, and with their jiggly jello-y appearance, I was not concerned by its name: "tropical citrus". In fact, I think I prefer it over anything grape-y now that I have smelt it! I just want to eat it!!! It smells completely overwhelmingly delicious. And just in case you were wondering, it has Vitamin E and an SPF20! It feels great on my lips and gives them a really nice shiny, glossy finish. It also brings out the pink pigmentation of my lips somehow...I don't know, they just look pinker. You know how the VitaminWaters are supposed to have special uses or powers or whatever? This one is called energy! On the side it reads:
"please note: this great smelling lip balm only looks like a bottle of nutrient enhanced vitaminwater. by no mean should you drink the lip balm...instead grab a bottle of vitaminwater and begin operating heavy machinery."
How cute is that? Because the Urban Outfitters website completely sucks, and I can't find a decent listing anywhere else, I don't have a link. Maybe I'll post a picture tomorrow. Seriously, I won't be losing this lip balm!
Seriously, the price wasn't the same on the site, and they didn't have either the lemon or grape flavors that were in the store. *facepalm*
Urban Outfitters is my favorite store though. :)
SALE WIN!

French Makeup Haul!
This past week I have had a great experience in Toulouse, France! It was tons of fun! One of the best times I had was shopping with my friends and then later with my host family. I bought all of my goodies at a variety of places.
Yves Rocher (!!!)
A discount makeup store called SAGA
H&M
The street...hehe. A sort of a flea market.
Today I decided to make my blog more interesting I would include some pictures! I swatched several products for you but not all... like lip balm...or shower gel.
Let's start with Yves Rocher, because I bought a lot of stuff there! Let's talk lipstick. I was looking for a couple of wearable shades. These "Rouge Dragée" lipsticks were the cheapest.
I chose Framboise Sorbet (Raspberry Sorbet) and Corail Givré (Frosted Coral). I find the latter to be more peachy than coral-y.
I actually really like the lipsticks! They're moisturizing (at least non-drying) with a minimal taste and a nice color. I find Framboise Sorbet to be a great alternative to orange with the bright lips spring trend. Orange lipstick just looks funny on me. Corail Givré doesn't give much color at all but a really pretty very frosty sheen...if you like that. I have pretty pale skin (NC25) and if you're darker than me I just wouldn't recommend this color. I like it though. One was 3.35 (euros) and the other was 4.69.
The glosses:
Without really realizing, I bought glosses in colors that correspond with the lipsticks. One is a bright reddish pink and the other is a pretty pale pink Viva Glam Gaga 1-esque color. The glosses are called "Deligloss", and they do taste quite good. My review is compromised because I was chewing minty gum. I remember when I first tried them to be nice and fruity though. I like texture, you won't be eating your hair. The pale one (Rose à Croquer), essentially Rose NOMNOMNOM, has no sparkles or glitter, but the bright one was pretty sparkly. They were 3.08 each.
They actually look super pretty blended together.
I also bought insanely moisturizing hand/nail cream and lip balm- Arnica Essentiel 2 en 1 Beauté et Jeunesse (Arnica Essential 2 in 1 Beauty and Youth) and also the Baume Reparateur au Beurre de Karité (Reparing Balm with Cocoa Butter). The cream (euros, everyone!) was 3.57 and the lip balm was 1.75. Plus a few shower gels and fizzy cubes. I tried the fizzing blackberry cube and it turned my bath purple-pink. It also tinted my skin which was kind of weird...oh well.
At SAGA, which is a little store with makeup at discount prices, I bought a sparkly silver polish for 3 or 4 euros and a set of 3 "PURE" products. Polish pics below:
It's pretty. I'm planning to add another coat. As for the PURE stuff, I got this trio for four euros:
A loose powder that resembles blush because of its baby pink color,a pink shimmery lipstick and an eyeshadow duo.
It was sort of hard to take pictures of the powder/blush, but here's the lipstick in the color Peggy (11).
It's pretty, and moisturizing. I don't pair a gloss with it because it has a nice finish. As far as taste and smell go, it's pretty...lipstick-y, if you know what I mean. Not a bad thing. I think this stuff is supposed to be dupes of NARS. The packaging bears a resemblance. It's made by Carlo di Roma. I also got the little eyeshadow duo in Sunset. The pigmentation is very weak so it won't really be useful. I tried to swatch it:
Oh well...The lipstick is decent. Has anyone else tried PURE Cosmetics?
Next is H&M...only one thing from there (beauty-wise). An adorable peach lipbalm. Just look at it!! :)
Freaking adorable, I know. And it was only 3 euros! It's actually a very nice product all around. Smells and tastes delicious, moisturizes, but gives a subtle glossy finish with a hint of pink-peachy angelic color! I <3 it.
Finally, I bought a green nail polish and a hot pink lipstick for one euro each at a little market. To my pleasant surprise, the lipstick is more of a lip tint and is actually wearable with a light hand. Of course you can layer on color for dramatic or party/costume makeup!
I used a heavy hand for a good swatch. Here's the polish:
Don't underestimate the power of cheap makeup.

To anyone out there...
Today I checked in on my blog after ages and ages and decided that I shouldn't give up. I have made several makeup purchases since I last posted. I did buy the fluidline from MAC, hm... I can't remember what I have or haven't talked about... there was a CVS haul, some UD stuff from HauteLook a long time ago...I got a new moisturizer and toner (both drugstore). But since this was all so long ago I have decided to skip it. Unless of course you want to hear about this stuff. Well on Wednesday I'm leaving for Toulouse, France on a language trip with my school. I will most definitely be going to Yves Rocher and buying tonnnnnnnns of stuff. I'm really excited. Any bargain or just plain awesome makeup brands available only in France or Europe I should be aware of?
